Tour Highlights

This full day guided tour will allow you to discover the famous Archeological excavations of Pompeii and Herculaneum. Pompeii is a popular destination for travelers today. The city was destroyed by the eruption of the Mount Vesuvius in the year 79 A.D and now it is recognized as a Unesco World Heritage Site.

The main attractions are: villas still decorated with frescoes, the Amphitheatre, the Theatres, the Forum, the patrician domus with gardens, the houses, the old market, the temples dedicated to the gods, spas and much more.

The second stop of our historic experience are the Herculaneum ruins. Like Pompeii also Herculaneum was submerged under a lava flow torrent during the eruption of the volcano Vesuvius of 79 AD., which hardened into a kind of rock that preserved many of the features and objects of the houses which we can see until today.
